Timber Creek was started in 1992, with the last new construction happening in 2018. The square footage of these homes ranges from 1,880 to 4,040 SQFT.  There have been six resells in 2022, which sold for $239,000 to $390,000. However, this could change with the variety of homes and constant fluctuations in the home market. The lots range from .46 to 8.6 acres.

Timber Creek is a development that was started in 1992 but had homes built by multiple builders over an extended period, with the most recent being built in 2018. It is an old subdivision that started in 1992 but has many homes with no pesky HOA to bother you. When riding through Timber Creek, you will notice the stretched layout, gorgeous white fences, and the one Ingress and Egress connecting to the corner of East and North Spencer Field Road. It has underground power and all brick mailboxes but no sidewalks or curbs. The subdivision has a very open design with a larger than typical setback and distance between homes, it almost gives the feeling of homes on the street, not that of a uniform subdivision.  The homes within the subdivision offer vast variations because of the age and the multiple builders; you can see styles such as 1990s Classic Contemporary, Mid 2000’s Contemporary, and Modern Contemporary. All the homes are on Public Water (Pace Water) and Septic Tanks. All of the roads within Timber Creek are county-maintained. The subdivision is not within the AT&T Fiber Optic Internet Zone but does offer AT&T Internet 25 (25 Mbps). You can sign up for AT&T Internet here. Timber Creek is off the corner of East and North Spencer Field Road in Pace, FL, perfectly in-between Highway 90, 5 points, Pace High School, The City of Milton, and Benny Russell Park. This is a terrific location that puts you less than 10 minutes to any of these locations, only 15 minutes from Interstate 10, 20 minutes from Whiting Field, and only 30 – 40 minutes from the Famous Pensacola Beach and Locally Loved Navarre Beach. 5 Points is a locally known spot that is home to Publix, The Stonebrook Golf Course, the new Piggly Wiggly and much more. Living between 5 points and Hwy 90 also allows you to be 5 minutes from Pace’s Highway 90, which houses multiple shopping centers, restaurants, a movie theater, gyms, and other locally and nationally loved businesses. Timber Creek is in the Pace School Zone, which means these homes will place your children at Pea Ridge Elementary School, Avalon Middle School, and Pace High School.
