Stonechase is a gated community off Quintette Road in Pace, FL. Paragon Home Group developed it, consisting of .14 through .69 Acre Lots. Pulling up and through the gate of Stonechase gives a feeling of security and importance. The entire subdivision is set on a sloped hill, so it has a lovely view as you approach the rear of the subdivision. Riding through Stonechase gives the impression of a family-focused neighborhood. You constantly see people walking around or getting a quick workout outside. One could tell the residents there feel very safe. Another impression was that almost every garage door was open, which again shows reassurance of how safe the residents feel. It is tranquil, calm, relaxing, and maintained even though the subdivision is over ten years old. Another thing you quickly notice is the surprising number of trees within the development, it has a very natural and homely feeling. Also, with the number of homes with different styles, they still have managed to keep it relatively uniform. That can be appreciated because of the variety and choices you are given if you build there, such as stylish modern homes with open floor plans.

Stonechase is directly off Quintette Rd, a terrific location that puts you less than 5 minutes to 5-Points, only 15 minutes from Interstate 10, 25 Minutes from Whiting Field, and only 35 – 45 minutes from the Famous Pensacola Beach and Locally Loved Navarre Beach. Living outside 5 points allows you to be less than 5 minutes from Publix and The Stonebrook Golf Course. You are also only 10 minutes from Pace’s Highway 90, which houses multiple shopping centers, restaurants, a movie theater, gyms, and other locally and nationally loved businesses.
