Stonebrook Village is a high-end gated community with a golf course in Pace, FL.  Multiple homes range from 1,020 SQFT to 5,623 SQFT.  The 2022 prices of homes here have an average of $451,000 and have been in the $395,000 – $540,000 range, but this could change quickly, with there only being three sales there this year.

Stonebrook Village was initially built in 1989 and has been a family and golfer favorite sense, having 615 homesites and a beautiful 18-hole golf course. Along with this, Stonebrook has plenty of family activities to do, such as fishing in ponds, playing tennis, swimming in the neighborhood pool, walking along nature paths, and seasonal festivities (Such as the 4th of July Parade, the Christmas Decoration, and the Halloween competition) and even stopping and eating at The Grill, a locally loved restaurant. Stonebrook’s success partly has to do with the longevity and successfulness of the HOA with maintained standards and privately maintained roads.   When riding through Stonebrook, you will quickly notice the masterful attention to detail, extreme cleanliness, and beautiful views, along with many residents and guest driving golf carts, socializing, or just enjoying the relaxing environment. Another thing Stonebrook takes pride in is its 24-Hour Security hired to help keep the community, residents, and guests safe. While most homes here were built between 1990 – 2005, plenty of new construction, remodels, and originals are still in phenomenal shape; there is a sense of pride in every home site. You can also rest assured that every home here has Public Water (Pace Water) and Public Sewer (Pace Sewer). There are only two fundamental issues with Stonebrook: 1- It’s very hard to find a home because people simply don’t leave, and 2- You could spend too much time playing Golf; besides that, it’s a subdivision of elegance, prestige, and history.

Stonebrook is directly across from Publix at 5 Points, this could be arguably the best location in Pace, FL.  This puts you within 5 points, which means you are only 15 minutes from Interstate 10, 20 minutes from Whiting Field, and 30 – 40 minutes from the Famous Pensacola Beach and Locally Loved Navarre Beach. Living within 5 points allows you to be less than 5 minutes from the new Piggy Wiggly. You are also only about 8 minutes from Pace’s Highway 90, which houses multiple shopping centers, restaurants, a movie theater, gyms, and other locally and nationally loved businesses.

Summary

Stonebrook has been a leading community with unique homes for over 30 years. The subdivision is still exceptionally maintained, friendly, and appealing, with tons of activities to do within it.  The fantastic location and ease of access to multiple locations such as Pace shopping centers, Navarre, and Pensacola Beach, as well as the proximity to I-10, should make this subdivision a serious contender if you’re planning to move or live in the Pace, FL Area. However, with the consistently high demand and low sales level, we recommend setting up listing notifications and being ready to jump on any deal available.
