Hawks Landing is a D.R. Horton subdivision in Pace, Florida. It is still a relatively newly built subdivision being started in 2017. Since then, it has had 3 phases of construction here that ended not long ago. Hawks Landing does have an HOA. When riding through Hawks Landing, you can quickly feel the unity that most D.R. Horton subdivisions have. It has no overhead powerlines, keeping the subdivision and skylines clear and crisp. You can also see multiple people outside, running, talking, and socializing. The lawns and landscape are still very well maintained, clean, and crisp. As with most D.R. Horton subdivisions, the homes look generically the same, but you can see the variations between slight color changes or changes to exterior walls. While not verified, these homes should feature Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite Countertops. Many other options are available but would be on a per-home basis. All the homes are on Public Water (Pace Water) and Public Sewer (Pace Sewer). Most of D.R. Horton’s newer homes come with futuristic technology, we were not sure if all of these homes included this originally as it would also be on a per-home basis depending on the construction date and packages initially put on the home. However, these could include the Smart Home System, Multiple Designer Lighting Packages, Energy Saving Products and Features, Hurricane Fabric Shielding, One-Wire Connectivity, and Multi-Platform Wireless Network. Hawks Landing is off of Chumuckla Hwy in Pace, FL. This is a terrific location that puts you less than 5 Minutes to Benny Russell Park and 5 Points, only 15 minutes from Interstate 10, 20 minutes from Whiting Field, and only 30 – 40 minutes from the Famous Pensacola Beach and Locally Loved Navarre Beach. Living in-between 5 points and Hwy 90 allows you to be less than 5 minutes from Publix, The Stonebrook Golf Course, and the new Piggly Wiggly while also being 5 minutes from Pace’s Highway 90 which houses multiple shopping centers, restaurants, a movie theater, gyms, and multiple other locally and nationally loved businesses. Hawks Landing is in the Pace School Zone, meaning these homes will place your children at Dixon Intermediate, Sims Middle, and Pace High School.
