You will notice the sheer size and gorgeous views when riding through The Preserve. The subdivision has two Ingress and Egresses, connecting you to Hwy 90 to Interstate 10. It has underground power, streetlamps, and curbs but no sidewalks. The subdivision has a smaller setback and distance between homes and is still in brand-new condition. The homes within the subdivision are medium to larger size and have a craftsman, contemporary and traditional style. The homes also all have a certain so-called “Fung sway” as they are built by multiple builders giving tons of options for standard features. All the homes are on Public Water and Public Sewer. We believe all of the roads within The Preserve are public and county-maintained. The subdivision is also within the AT&T Fiber Optic Internet Zone (1000 Mbps).
