Indian Bayou estates is an older community in Milton, FL but has homes as new as 2020. The subdivision has convents and restrictions, but we could find no information on an HOA Annual fee. When riding through Indian Bayou, you will see a singular street that follows Escambia Bay, giving gorgeous views to homeowners. It has one Ingress and Egress with overhead power but no street lamps, curbs, or sidewalks. The subdivision doesn’t give the typical subdivision feel, having a very spread-out ordinary street feel. The homes within the subdivision mostly have a modern contemporary or are on stilts but with multiple variations between floor plans, features, and functions. Many homes are directly on the water, and many homeowners have their docks and boats in the Canal. All the homes are on Public Water and a mix between septic and Public Sewer. AT&T Internet is unavailable in this subdivision, so you would probably have to opt for a satellite-based service provider such as Star Link or HughesNet.
