Northcliffe is an older neighborhood in Gulf Breeze, FL. It was started in 1968 but has homes as new as 2011. The square footage of these homes ranges from 2,294 to 5,076 SQFT with 3 bed 2 bath up to 6 bed 6 bath options.  These homes are on .27 to .68 acres, and the neighborhood sits right behind the Chick-Fil-A on Gulf Breeze Blvd. There has been 1 relisting in 2022 that was listed for $669,000. Northcliffe was started in 1968 as a community on the North Side of Pensacola Bay in Gulf Breeze, FL. This also puts you within walking distance from multiple parks, Chick-Fil-A, and the neighborhood Walmart, less than 10 minutes to Pensacola Beach, and only 15 minutes from the Locally Loved Navarre Beach.
