Nightingale is a mildly older community in Gulf Breeze, FL. It was started in 1983 but has homes as new as 1998. The square footage of these homes ranges from 1,010 to 2,380 SQFT with 2 bed 2 bath up to 3 bed 2 bath options.  These homes are on .01 to .7 acres and are directly behind the Hoffman Center Business Park. There has only been one relisting in 2022 that was listed for $340,000. However, this could change with the current market and constant variations in the housing market. 

Nightingale was started in 1983 as a community right off Gulf Breeze Parkway in Gulf Breeze, FL.
