While we’re not sure when the area first became known as Gulf Breeze Park, the first homes built here were started in 1945, with the last known new construction happening in 2009. The square footage of these homes ranges from 1,330 to 4,300 SQFT with 3 bed 2 bath up to 5 bed 4 bath options.  These homes are on .03 to 3.17 acres, with the community directly North of Shoreline Park. There have been 9 relisting’s in 2022 that ranged from $399,000 to $659,000. However, with the current market, constant variations of the housing market, and more extensive inventory, this could quickly change.

Gulf Breeze Park could be considered a community or designated area that started around 1945 on the North side of Shoreline Park in Gulf Breeze, FL. The subdivision prides itself on its gorgeous park, family activities, a variety of luxury homes, terrific views, a local church, and its phenomenal location in Gulf Breeze. Gulf Breeze Park is geographically centered in Gulf Breeze, giving no options for waterfront property. However, these owners have the opportunity of the gorgeous views and the family-friendly environment of the Gulf Breeze Park and Casablanca area. Gulf Breeze Park also offers the opportunity to not be under a pesky HOA, giving homeowners more freedom with fewer expenses.  It’s hard to differentiate Gulf Breeze Park and Casablanca when riding around, but when in Gulf Breeze Park, you will notice multiple streets, a variety of homes, and a multitude of people walking around the entire area. Gulf Breeze Park has multiple ingress and egress points that connect you directly to Fairpoint Drive and Shoreline Drive.  Depending on the area, it mostly has overhead power but also curbs, street lamps, and sidewalks. In Gulf Breeze Park, there isn’t per se “the average home” as it has so many styles, sizes, designs, colors, and architecture, with some homes having breathtaking designs and architecture. With the sheer number of homes, there is no way to guarantee the interior features, as some homes have most likely been remodeled, updated, and built by multiple builders. Most homes are on public water and a mix between public sewer and septic tanks. This phenomenal location gives you direct access to Gulf Breeze Parkway which connects Downtown Pensacola to Navarre.
