Fairpoint Place is a street of homes, but more like a Gulf Breeze, FL community. It was started in 1989, with the last known new construction happening in 1995. The square footage of these homes ranges from 2,380 to 2,800 SQFT with 3 bed 3 bath up to 4 bed 3 bath options.  These homes are on .23 to .63 acres, with the community directly off Fairpoint Drive. There have been no listings in 2022, but 1 in 2021 for $628,000. However, this could quickly change with the current market, constant variations of the housing market, and small inventory.

Fairpoint Place started around 1989 on the East Side of the United Methodist Church in Gulf Breeze, FL. The subdivision prides itself on its family feel, high-end homes, and a phenomenal location in Gulf Breeze. Fairpoint Place is mainly just a street turned into a geographically centered community in Gulf Breeze, giving no options for waterfront property. Fairpoint Place is directly to the East of The United Methodist Church and directly off of Fairpoint Drive in Gulf Breeze, Florida. This phenomenal location gives you direct access to Gulf Breeze Parkway which connects Downtown Pensacola to Navarre. This puts you within walking distance of multiple parks, churches, baseball fields, and more. It is also less than 10 minutes to Pensacola Beach, 5 minutes to Chick-Fil-A and Walmart, and 15 minutes from the Locally Loved Navarre Beach.
