Eventide is a mildly aged gated luxury neighborhood in Gulf Breeze, FL. It was started in 1994 but has homes as new as 2008. The square footage of these homes ranges from 2,252 to 4,200 SQFT with 3 bed 2 bath up to 4 bed 5 bath options.  These homes are on .17 to .45 acres and behind a shopping center beside the Pensacola Beach Bridge. There have been 2 relisting’s in 2022 that were listed for $1,500,000. However, this could change with the current market and constant variations of the luxury housing market. 

Eventide was started in 1994 as a gated luxury community on Pensacola Bay across from Pensacola Beach and right beside the Pensacola Beach Bridge in Gulf Breeze, FL. The subdivision prides itself on its luxury homes, terrific views, gorgeous waterfront property, and a phenomenal location in Gulf Breeze. With the homes directly on Pensacola Bay, these owners have the opportunity of the gorgeous views, waterfront property, and personal docks on the South Side of Pensacola Bay. Being a luxurious neighborhood, Eventide does have an HOA, and our info shows the fee is higher than average at $1,800 annually. When riding through Eventide, you will notice the natural flowing layout and the odd entrance as the gate is beside Dollar General and Ace Hardware. Eventide only has one ingress and egress point that connects you directly to Gulf Breeze Parkway.  It has underground power, street lamps, and curbs but no sidewalks. You can also see plenty of people outside, running, talking, or socializing during a nice day. With the homes, there is no way to guarantee the interior features as multiple builders have most likely built the homes. All the units are on public water and public sewer. The subdivision is not within the AT&T Fiber Optic Internet Zone but does offer their Internet 10(10 Mbps). You can sign up for AT&T Internet here.

Eventide is off of Gulf Breeze Parkway in Gulf Breeze, Florida. This phenomenal location gives you direct access to Downtown Pensacola and Navarre. This also puts you within walking distance from Pensacola Beach, a Dollar General, 5 minutes to Chick-Fil-A, Publix, and the neighborhood Walmart, and only 15 minutes from the Locally Loved Navarre Beach. Living on Gulf Breeze Parkway also allows you to be near multiple shopping centers, restaurants, Andrews Institute, gyms, and other locally and nationally loved businesses. Eventide is in the Gulf Breeze School Zone, which means these homes will place your children at Gulf Breeze Elementary, Gulf Breeze Middle, and Gulf Breeze High School.
