When riding through DeerPoint Village, you will notice the natural flowing layout and how it is behind a park which puts a natural separation between Deer Point homeowners and Williamsburg Estates Homeowners. DeerPoint Village only has one ingress and egress point that connects you directly to Shoreline Drive. It has underground power and street lamps but no curbs or sidewalks. You can also see plenty of people outside, running, talking, or socializing during a nice day. Unlike most luxury neighborhoods in Gulf Breeze, Deer Point has a more modern look and feel, with some homes having breathtaking designs and architecture. With the homes, there is no way to guarantee the interior features as multiple builders have most likely built the homes. All the units are on public water and public sewer.
