Chanteclaire is an older neighborhood in Gulf Breeze, FL. It was started in 1975 but has homes as new as 2016. The square footage of these homes ranges from 2,477 to 7,867 SQFT with 3 bed 2 bath up to 6 bed 5 bath options.  These homes are on .04 to 1 acre and run parallel with Gulf Breeze Parkway. Chanteclaire was started in 1975 as a community on the right side of a naturally formed water canal off of Pensacola Bay in Gulf Breeze, FL. Chanteclaire only has one ingress and egress point that connects you directly to Fairpoint Drive.  It has underground power but no curbs, street lamps, or sidewalks. You can also see plenty of people outside, running, talking, or socializing during a nice day. With the average home being older, it maintains a more traditional appearance, with colors and designs popular during the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, some homes have breathtaking designs and architecture. There is no way to guarantee the interior features of the homes, as some have most likely been remodeled and updated. All the homes are on public water and public sewer. Chanteclaire is off Fairpoint Drive in Gulf Breeze, Florida. This phenomenal location gives you direct access to Gulf Breeze Parkway which connects Downtown Pensacola to Navarre.
