Casablanca could be considered a community or designated area that started around 1948 on the left of the Naval Oaks Nature Preserve in Gulf Breeze, FL. Some homes are directly on a channel, the North Side of Pensacola Bay and the South Side of Pensacola Bay. These owners have the opportunity of gorgeous views, personal docks on Pensacola Bay, and a family-friendly environment. Casablanca also offers the opportunity to not be under a pesky HOA, giving homeowners more freedom with fewer expenses.  When riding through Casablanca, you will notice multiple streets, a variety of homes, and a multitude of people walking around. Casablanca has multiple ingress and egress points that connect you directly to Fairpoint Drive and Shoreline Drive.  Depending on the area, it mostly has overhead power but also curbs, street lamps, and sidewalks. In Casablanca, there isn’t per se “the average home” as it has so many styles, sizes, designs, colors, and architecture, with some homes having breathtaking designs and architecture. With the sheer number of homes, there is no way to guarantee the interior features, as some homes have most likely been remodeled, updated, and built by multiple builders.
