Don’t be afraid to try something new, if it doesn’t work pivot and attack marketing from a different angle.

Use Professional Photos with a Proper Layout. This helps your buyer feel more secure because this shows them real, accurate, descriptions of your home and which in turn makes them more comfortable and willing to put forth extra money. The layout of your professional photos should be in order as if someone is virtually walking through a home. You can also use a Drone and or 3-D Scan of your home to get even more descriptive.
