First, you sign up below and fill out the application sheet, we will then send that info to a preselected licensed broker for your local area. (You have no obligations to our preselected Brokerage!)
Then, they will get specific information to narrow down the search process to get the most accurate listings. This could include Approximate Location, Subdivisions, Size, School Zone, Garage Size, Age, Home Features, and much more. You can make the search as specific or broad as you like and get immediate new listings for anything that matches your specifications.
Finally, check your email consistently, you never know when your dream home or location will be listed, our Preselected Brokerage should also occasionally check in and update you on any new listings or pertinent information as a courtesy. Once you finally find it, you can reach out to our preselect broker or agent to assist with the transaction (Recommended), find your own agent or handle the process completely independently it’s absolutely up to you!
